Designed by award-winning architect David Baker + Partners, each of the Magnolia Row townhouses offers a unique blend of openness and structure, with flexible living spaces for working or entertaining and private bedrooms to retreat to at day's end. The project features both 2- and 3-level plans. Both plans combine the high ceilings and large windows of a loft with the private gardens and parking of a home and come equipped with a full range of built-in amenities such as granite counters, maple cabinets, and European ceramic sinks.
Architecturally, Magnolia Row bridges the gap between the industrial and the residential and offers the best of both worlds.
